What better way to spend your Valentine's Day than with a 60 year old man? Schuyler and I caught a show at The Auditorium in Rome to see an Italian pianist by the name of Ludovico Einaudi. Errr... call me uncultured, but who knew about this guy? I'd never heard this guy's name until my friend sent me a few of his songs and insisted that I absolutely see him on his Rome tour. And I am so glad I did. I was so blown away by the entire performance, it still gives me the chills.
Starting the night off with apertivo, obviously.
I have never been almost moved to tears by a live performance. Check out more videos on YouTube if you can. This guy is insanely gifted in both playing and composing.
